Teach you how to choose a refrigeration compressor

Whether the choice of refrigeration compressor is reasonable or not has a great influence on the economy, construction cost and most of the operation adjustment of the refrigeration unit. The selection of refrigeration compressors has the following principles
① The working conditions of the refrigeration compressor shall not exceed the operating conditions of the compressor specified by the factory.

(2) When replacing a piston-type ammonia compressor, when the ratio of condensation pressure to evaporation pressure is less than or equal to 8, a single-stage compressor should be used; when the ratio of condensation pressure to evaporation pressure is greater than 8, a two-stage compressor should be used .

③The selection of the compressor should meet the requirements of the refrigeration unit production peak refrigeration load, and replace the mechanical load requirement of each evaporating temperature of the refrigeration unit according to the size of the mechanical load separation of each evaporating temperature.

④If the compressor has an energy adjustment device, the range of the cooling capacity of a single machine can be adjusted. However, it is only suitable for the adjustment of load changes during operation, not for the adjustment of displacement electrostatic changes.

⑤ The determination of the capacity and quantity of a single unit should be replaced according to the principle of being beneficial to energy saving.

⑥ The compressors equipped with different evaporation systems should consider the mutual substitution between the systems. Control, management and spare parts exchange are possible with compressors of the same series. A refrigeration unit should not have more than two series in place of compressors. If there are only two machines, the same series should be replaced.
